“Oh how I laughed
When I heard what
You said,
‘The vision awaits,
“Though it tarries,”
Keep looking ahead.’
Then one day without
Knowing its time;
You opened the door,
To the impossible,
By Your Faithful design.”
“By faith Sarah herself also received strength
To conceive seed,
And she bore a child when she was past the age,
Because she judged
Him Faithful Who had promised.”
Hebrews 11:11 NKJV
“Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who read its.
For the vision is yet for an
Appointed time;
But at the end it will speak,
And it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry.”
Habakkuk 2:2-3 NKJV

I love this poem especially…and immediately guessed it was about Sarah. Yet, it also made me think of laughter of a different kind… the laughter of delight in knowing God has a beautiful plan for each of us, ☺️❤️ Wonderful poem, Denise!
