Melody of Chords Proclaim

“Wind chimes are praising Your Name.

Lifting up chords of Your fame.

Breeze’s sing along,

Carrying the song,

“Jesus the King we proclaim!”

Trust in His love;

He’ll lift you above

Every heartache and worry refrain.

Melody of chords, all sing to the LORD,

“Jesus the King we proclaim!”

“…be filled with the Spirit.

Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs.

Singing and making melody in your heart to the LORD

…giving thanks always for all things to God the Father

In the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 5:19-20 NKJV

No Rest Sunday

Not a typical weekend at our house.

After 18 years, it was time to replace the pool liner.

We started on Saturday morning, and working as a family. The new liner, in the 24′ pool began to be filled by 5:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Sunday morning, waking to sore bodies and a job to finish,

Yep, my job was cut and bagging up the old liner as husband and son worked on replacement of rails etc…

With that said, I missed Church today, and it sure was nice to take time to rest on the couch and be encouraged by reading post from my neighbors here at WordPress!

Thank you FearlessinJesusChristhttps://fearlessinjesuschrist.wordpress.com/2017/06/04/sunday-devotion-25/

I sure enjoyed your Sunday Devotional on Eagles!

My family and I turned a “job” we were not looking forward to doing, into an opportunity to work together, laugh together, and thank the LORD for the cool weekend in southern Oklahoma!

Oh, and Abby did manage to get her rest!

Installing tip: don’t forget to load up on the spray when doing a job like this!

Thanksgiving Praise

“Beautiful dew filled,

Field chilled,

Hallelujah we praise You

Thanksgiving morning!”

“I will praise the Name of God with a song,

And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.” Psalm 69:30 (ESV)

“First cup of coffee;

Grab the camera and go.

My cup overflows with Your bounty;

Your Light points the way I should flow.”
