This poem is dedicate to neighbor, friend, and brother in Christ,
Edmond Sanganyado of “Naked Christian”
formerly “The Chronicles of the Kid Next Door”

Blogging for less than a year,
I have asked myself this question many times.
“Do I write for You
or
to see the
Silent “W”?
Do I worship
or
worry?
Do I wavier
or
walk?
Are these words
from my heart,
or
merely just
talk?
Show me Way, Lord,
Wander,
I’m prone to do.
Wonderful,
Counselor,
Mighty God,
Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace,
my heart
Worships
You!”
Poem by denisebalog
“For to us a child is born,
To us a Son is given;
And the government shall be upon
His shoulder,
And His Name shall be called
Wonderful, Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and of peace
There will be no end…”
Isaiah 9:6-9 (ESV)
Why thank you very much:) You have blessed my heart abundantly!

Thank you Denise for this poem. It gave me some reasons to reflect on my life, am I honoring God or pleasing myself with everything I do? I believe the call to naked faith is global and God wants to clothe us with His glory. I pray we will be found willing and ready.

Thank you Edmond! God has used the gift of writing He has empowered you with to open our eyes and hearts to see more of Him and less of us. May you and your family be abundantly blessed in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen:)

He is indeed our mighty counselor, the lawyer always on our side, defending our path and our souls. Thanks again for this wonderful inspiration and your beautiful poem.

Thank you for coming by to read and comment. Keeping our hearts and eyes firmly fixed on Jesus is the only way I desire; even when my flesh is prone to wander or complain. Blessings to you neighbor:) d

Thank you. I am privileged to be following your blog. Please also let me know if I can help you in any way. I continue to learn and truly this faith journey takes lives in many and various ways. The way God joins and inspires are incredible. Our God Lives! (a small collection of morning devotions published by Upper Room have been published this week in this full colour book). They are in e-book, soft cover and hard cover.
Please God it will be a tool of comfort and love ‘out there’.
. Keep blogging your thoughts poetry and heart sharing are inspirational.
