“For she said to herself,
“If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.”
But Jesus turned around,
And when He saw her He said,
“Be of good cheer, daughter;
Your faith has made you well.”
Jesus knowing,
She hadn’t been touched in twelve years,
She had nothing left to live on or for,
She was far from her home,
Wandering Alone,
Looking for healing,
But she heard the name of Jesus.
Turning around,
Jesus
Looking into her eyes,
Called her “Daughter”.
I don’t know if I’ve heard a more beautiful story of healing love.
“And the woman was made well from that hour.”
Matthew 9:21-22 (NKJV)
Always liked the way it was told, “daughter” or “son” we are all His children.

On lowest days, I have to remember “Whose daughter are you?” Genesis 24:23. Thank you so very much for blessing me abundantly with your taking the time to read and share your heart and comments. Isn’t it awesome, we will meet at the “marriage supper” of the Bride! That’s us!! Daughters of the King!!

What amazes me is that He realized she had touched His garment! Jesus always knows what we need, and though He does not always grant what we pray for, He gives the strength to cope and continue on. And He often gives us at least a respite from the storm. 🙂 ❤

I believe He loves when we touch and take or rely on His Power to change our situation whether health, family, financial, and Peace of mind. He address all of these “issues” she lacked. Bleeding stopped immediately. Called her “Daughter”, family; Financial, no charge, He paid the debt (which came later we know). Yes, He is our Peace and wholeness in all areas. God bless you Natalie! Happy Fourth of July!! As always, thank you for visiting neighbor!

Stunning! The bleeding woman’s story is my story. All her hope in that one touch. He’s always there for us. Thank you for the reminder. Karen
