Kingdom Light

“Nicodemus answered and said to Him,

“How can these things be?” John 3:9 NKJV

“Not by might;

Nor by my will,

But by Your Resurrection

I’m born, washed and

Holy Spirit filled.

From cursed to blessed;

From lost to found.

You multiplied what

Little faith I had

To exceed and over abound.

I knew that I knew,

It was only from You.

No whisper of darkness

Could diminish Your Light.

Leaving one realm of living;

Stepping into

Your Kingdom Life.”

“Jesus answered him…

If I have told you earthly things

And you do not believe,

How will you believe if I tell you

Heavenly things?”

John 3:12 NKJV

Laughter Ahead

“Oh how I laughed

When I heard what

You said,

‘The vision awaits,

“Though it tarries,”

Keep looking ahead.’

Then one day without

Knowing its time;

You opened the door,

To the impossible,

By Your Faithful design.”

“By faith Sarah herself also received strength

To conceive seed,

And she bore a child when she was past the age,

Because she judged

Him Faithful Who had promised.”

Hebrews 11:11 NKJV

“Write the vision

And make it plain on tablets,

That he may run who read its.

For the vision is yet for an

Appointed time;

But at the end it will speak,

And it will not lie.

Though it tarries, wait for it;

Because it will surely come,

It will not tarry.”

Rest and Abide

“While (I) was still helpless, at the right time, Christ died for the ungodly.” Romans 5:6

“By His Blood I am justified.

Not by toil, work or strive.

With His last breath Jesus cried,

“It is finished!”

Be at peace with God;

Rest and abide.”

“So when Jesus had received the sour wine,

He said, “It is finished!”

And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” John 19:30 NKJV

“You are already clean because of the Word

Which I have spoken to you.

Abide in Me,

And I in you.

As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,

Unless it abides in the Vine,

Neither can you,

Unless you abide in Me.”

John 15:3:4 NKJV

Where are you going?

Thank you for allowing me the open door to share my personal journey through the pages of “The Quest Bible” study with you.

Today’s post may be a bit different.

About 3 weeks ago, I found myself in a place of ‘stumbling’ and the Lord asked me, “What are you doing here Denise?”

“Where have you come from and where are you going?” Genesis 16:8

So here on page 51 of Week 2 of “The Quest” is my personal responses as I “walked it out” with Jesus at the Well of the One Who sees me. Blessings.

Week 2 – Day 1 “The Quest”

“Where have you come from and

Where are you going?”

“Between the wildernesses of Kadesh,

And the hail of “Ber’ed”,

Instead of condemnation,

You loved on me instead.

Speaking gently to me

At the “well” of the Word I read.

Keeping my foot from slipping,

And safely in Your stead.”

“You are the God Who See me.” Genesis 16:13

“The well was called Beer Lahoi Roi” Genesis 16:14

How much more?

“How?”

The only way I can think of “How”

Is by Your Power and

In Your Now.”

“Now to Him Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”

Ephesians 3:20 NKJV

The Gate of Faith

“Why are you afraid?”

Failure and fear

Knock the door near.

Faith at the gate

Believes,

“They” can just dang wait!

Take my fear

Far

Away from here;

Replace this space with

Your Power and Grace.”

“I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.”

Philippians 4:19 NKJV

Seeing Clearly

“What do you seek?”

The question He asked.

What is your need, or

Desire you lack?

To hear Your Voice speaking

Clearly to me;

To see what You see

In my destiny.”

“Jesus saith unto him,

I AM the Way,

The Truth,

And the Life…”

John 14:6 KJV

“Lead me in the right path, O LORD…

Make Your way plain for me to follow.”

My Father’s House

“Who am I?

“Whose daughter are you?”

Is there room in your Father’s house?” Genesis 24:23

My Father is the King of kings.

He adopted me and changed everything.

Placed the best robe and ring on my hand;

Changing my name by the

Nail in His hand.

“Is there room in your Father’s house?”

As His daughter I know,

He came to save me and

The world He loves so.”

“In My Father’s house are many mansions;

If it were not so, I would have told you.

I go to prepare a place for you.”

John 14:2 NKJV

Stirring It Up

“Where are you?”

The question of the “Quest”.

Thinking on this matter;

Stirring up my best.

“No”, I’m not in Egypt

Bound by whip and shame.

You brought me across those waters

To the place

Called by Your Name.

Ankle deep and fearful start;

Bringing me safely to

Your Loving heart.

The place of Hope and Promise land;

Saved by Grace and

Your Faithful hand.”

‘Look, the LORD your God

Has set the land before you;

Go up and possess it,

As the LORD God of your fathers has spoken to you;

Do not fear or be discouraged.’

Deuteronomy 1:21 NKJV
