Whom is This? The beauty of Jesus in Daniel 10

The Lord opened my eyes to see the beauty of His Son Jesus while reading Daniel Chapter 10.

I has occurred to me, I have never explained each of the Hebrew letters and their word pictures. With that said, here goes, Jesus revealed in Daniel 10.

“In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a word was revealed to Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar. And the word was true, and it was a great conflict. And he understood the word and had understanding of the vision. Daniel 10: Verse 1.

Daniel is beginning to tell his story of the revelation of the power of God and Jesus.

“…he understood…; so distinctly was it delivered to him, and received by him, that he could say he had understanding…It did not so much operated upon his fancy as upon his understanding.” quoted from Matthew Henry’s Commentary on the Whole Bible”

  1. Thank you. Love your ongoing explanation. Particularly grateful for the Matthew Henry Commentary reference. I will check him out again. So much of the church continues to ‘water down’ in theology the TRUTH of CHRIST in the Book of Daniel. Bless you!
